When you sit down with me, you’re working with a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who believes healing happens when you get curious about all the parts of yourself, even the ones that feel messy, protective, or hard to look at. You’ll find that our work together is grounded in Internal Family Systems, and shaped by Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, whatever mix actually fits what you need, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

If you’re carrying complex trauma, know that this is close to my heart clinically. I hold a certificate in Treating Complex Trauma with Internal Family Systems, and I understand how tender and layered that work can be. You can expect both skill and gentleness here. Sessions with me tend to feel less like a clinical appointment and more like a conversation with someone who is genuinely rooting for you.

Outside of session, you’d probably find me outside too, biking, tubing down the Shenandoah and Potomac, or with my hands busy quilting a new project or tending my garden. I also love keeping an eye out for the wildlife that visits my yard. At home, I share life with my spouse and a wonderfully full household: three dogs, three cats, a Holland lop bunny, and a whole lot of honeybees.
